Landgate and The Aspire Federation are proud winners of the 2017 National NASEN Awards for ‘Exceptional Parental Engagement’. Aspire were also shortlisted for the Excellent Practice in Special Schools category.

The award was for demonstrating the impact of our positive engagement with parents and carers of children and young people with SEND. Resulting in improved outcomes for children, young people and their families.

The Executive Headteacher Cath Taylor commended “We are exceptionally proud of everyone. This amazing achievement is testimony to the fantastic staff team and our highly engaged and supportive parents who work relentlessly to promote the highest opportunities and achievements for our learners”. That very same week Landgate School achieved the Team of the Year Award from Metrofresh and was awarded the Leading Parent Partnership Nationally accredited award.
