All secondary learners took part in a Careers Morning. This involved participating in a carousel of five activities: hairdressing, military, cooking, construction and recycling.
We had a combination of internal and external visitors working with our learners to support them in developing their knowledge and skills required for these jobs.
The learners were absolutely amazing and seemed to enjoy all activities they participated in.
A HUGE thank you to Gemma (one of our learners’ parents and hairdresser), Tracey, Darren and Julie (from the FCC recycling centre, Darren (from the military), Kate (our Assistant Head Teacher), Ian (our school chef), Peter and Mark (our school site managers).
