On Thursday 6th March, we celebrated World Book Day. Learners and staff ‘Dressed to Impress’, wearing fancy dress, their favourite outfit or colourful clothes. Learners could also bring their favourite book into school.

The theme was ‘Special Guests come for Tea at Landgate School’ and this is inspired by the ‘Tiger Who Came to Tea’ children’s book by Judith Kerr. On the day, we celebrated reading for pleasure and the joy of reading good books, we had great company whilst enjoying delicious tea and treats!
