Number Day 2021
Dear Parents/Carers,
Friday 7th May will be NSPCC National Number Day. We have planned lots of wonderful ‘number related’ activities for the learners to take part in during the day, that will build and motivate learners to enjoy maths, whilst raising money for a very worthy cause.
Activities for learners to access will be:-
Drumz Aloud virtual drumming session
Number games and quizzes
Problem solving activities
Baking
Key Stages 3 and 4 will take part in a fun workshop activity, linked to finance and budgeting.
All activities will be accessed in a Covid friendly way, and classes will continue to remain in their class bubbles. The day will be an optional non-school uniform day, learners may dress in anything that contains a number (if they choose to), i.e. football top, t-shirt, shorts, or even socks!
We would like to ask parents/carers if they could make a small voluntary donation towards the fundraising, any amount would be greatly received.
