Expressive Arts is a Health and Wellbeing intervention that uses Art as a medium for expression and communication. Learners enjoy the process of creating and viewing one another’s art work. Expressive Arts supports learners developing self-awareness, social skills, developing resilience and boosting self-esteem.
Each session is tailored to individual learner’s needs, they have their own sketchbook and carry out different Art opportunities each week such as painting with vehicles, sketching. The sessions are learner led and support progress towards their targets in Art.
